Data Engineer

Data Engineer – Permanent – Edinburgh or Glasgow – Up to £70,000

Change Digital is proud to be working with a well-established organisation, with a history spanning over 100 years, to recruit an experienced Data Engineer . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the modernisation of core business solutions, including the reverse engineering and rearchitecting of systems for Azure.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing data-driven applications using the Microsoft stack, while ensuring seamless data integration across the business and effective handling of largescale datasets.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency with SQL databases
• Experience with Document databases (e.g. MongoDB, CosmosDB)
• Programming experience in Python or R
• Strong understanding of Azure services (e.g. Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory)
