Programme Manager - Aladdin in Broughton

Programme Manager – Contract – Aladdin – Edinburgh/Remote – £700 per day

Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of our global client an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major transformation project to implement the Aladdin Platform across our client’s organisation. This role is pivotal in delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives including Aladdin integration, attribution model enhancements, and historical data migration, aligning technology and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Drive integrated delivery plans across all P&A workstreams

Oversee governance, RAID management, and milestone tracking

Engage senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners

Ensure readiness for attribution and successful go-live

What We’re Looking For:

Deep knowledge of investment performance measurement & attribution

Experience with Aladdin, FactSet Vault, and leading vendor platforms

Proven track record in large-scale program management within investment management

Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
