Key Tasks:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks across diverse platforms
- Champion a shift-left approach to embed quality early in the lifecycle
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines with high levels of automated test coverage
- Influence development and testing strategies across digital initiatives
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest QA tools and practices
- Mentor and support quality analysts in automation techniques
- Uphold our Information Security standards and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Proven experience in automated testing with tools like Cypress/Playwright/Selenium
- Expertise in testing data-heavy and batch processing systems
- Knowledge of non-functional testing (usability, reliability, compatibility, etc.)
- Experience in regulated environments and agile delivery (Scrum, BDD)
- Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, C#, and .NET
- Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Confidence across the full SDLC, including production support
- A passion for continuous learning and mentoring others
