We're hiring for an Agile Project Manager. Location: Hybrid / Flexible.
Are you a proactive Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a confident and experienced individual to lead change initiatives across infrastructure, operations, and client transformation projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-impact outcomes using Agile methodologies.
As part of a growing Change Delivery function, you’ll take ownership of full project lifecycles—from planning and governance to delivery and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage detail and drive results across complex project landscapes.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in Project Management (preferably in Investment/Financial Services)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent stakeholder management – internal & external
- Strong experience with JIRA and other project management tools
- Skilled in running Agile ceremonies and maintaining documentation
- Prince2 or Agile certifications (e.g. ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist)
- Experience delivering infrastructure/cloud projects (Azure, AWS desirable)
- Strong organisational, analytical & communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive progress in evolving environments
