About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team as we approach our launch phase of Changan in the UK. This is a key role responsible for acting as the one source of truth across the business. The role will be responsible for full company reporting against a suite of KPIs. You will be required to create the reporting suite from the ground up covering Sales, Aftersales & Marketing functions. This is a unique opportunity to shape and establish what success looks like for Changan from the ground up, contributing directly to the success of a fast-growing, innovative automotive brand.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing.
- Strong numerical ability and understanding of spreadsheet and database tools such as PowerBI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver cross-functional objectives.
- Understanding of the Automotive industry to support data insights.
- Ability to create visually engaging dashboards that highlight trends, KPIs, and actionable metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to make suggestions to improve business performance.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of the CAUK business performance.
- Create a reporting suite using the latest software tools to provide interactive summaries of KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally to identify causes & trends behind the data sets created.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and clear visual presentations for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Continuously review and refine reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and relevance.
