Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of work experience in finance and accounting, capable of regular accounting, tax and other finance related working procedures with experience in working with accounting, tax and related regulatory agencies in the UK.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and UK tax regulations and other regional finance regulations.
- Knowledge of China Accounting Standards and Chinese tax regulations, with experience in or familiarity with preparing financial statements under both GAAP in the UK and China.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Capability of financial software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing internal policies and regulations of finance management, covering each part including accounting, tax, budget, funding, accounts receivables and payables, expense reimbursement and internal control.
- Regular management of accounting, including bookkeeping, financial statements preparation and expenses reimbursement.
- Regular management of tax, including declaration, refund, incentives application for VAT, invoices management, corporate tax and other related tax, and transfer price management.
- Regular management of other finance related matters, including funding, budgeting and internal control.
- Financial information management, including recording and archiving.
