About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Network Development, the UK Network Engagement Manager will lead the creation, execution and ongoing management of Changan's UK network strategy and business planning process. You will be responsible for the development, performance management and growth of the dealer network, playing a key role in dealer onboarding, franchise performance, and partner readiness. You will also act as the main point of contact for key suppliers involved in dealer set-up activities, ensuring consistency, quality and brand alignment across the network. In addition, you will take full ownership of Changan's largest dealer-facing events in the UK, including the annual Dealer Conference and Dealer Awards, ensuring they reflect the company's brand, values and ambitions. This is a highly visible, strategic role that will significantly influence the success of Changan's UK expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the execution & evolution of Changan's UK network development strategy, aligned with overall business objectives
- Responsible for the creation and management of the Changan UK Sales Customer Satisfaction programme
- Lead the network business planning process with dealer partners, including annual planning and performance reviews
- Support the identification, appointment and onboarding of new dealer partners
- Collect and consolidate dealer financial planning
- Develop and evolve sales standards to ensure quality representation, and minimum cost of franchise
- Create a framework for performance management
- Ensure dealer readiness across facilities, staffing, training, IT systems and brand standards
- Own the management and tracking of Franchise Agreement performance and compliance against minimum standards
- Provide structured reporting and insights to senior UK and European leadership teams
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers involved in dealer setup (corporate identity, signage, equipment, IT, training, etc.)
- Manage supplier timelines, deliverables and performance
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support network success
- Own the planning, organisation and delivery of major UK dealer events, including the annual Dealer Conference and Dealer Awards
- Manage event budgets, venues, agendas, speakers, content and logistics
