About The Job
Over the last years, we have been expanding our Talent Solutions ecosystem to support our people commitments and to accelerate our collective impact. Our continued partnership with the Global Talent team is key to driving business value and optimising the use of our technology ecosystem that supports talent acquisition, today mainly powered by Workday. Through the Talent Acquisition Solutions Lead we aim to strengthen that partnership and enhance our ability to evolve, optimise, run, and embed those solutions at CHANEL. This role will require close collaboration with HR, IT and business teams. The role is based in London and will report to the Head of Talent & Learning Solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day management of our common talent acquisition solution portfolio that supports our attraction, sourcing, recruitment, applicant tracking, and transition to hire processes as well as future opportunity exploration.
- Partner with the Global Talent team to steer and influence how our common technologies support strategic talent acquisition priorities.
- Define and maintain the roadmap of enhancements and evolutions in line with common priorities.
- Develop the narrative and prioritisation for the same.
- Identify and influence opportunities for continuous improvement/optimisation to enhance adoption.
- Prioritise and arbitrate regional/market requests in line with capacity and broader talent acquisition roadmap, surfacing emerging trends and common themes as needed.
- Lead on functional and technical feasibility studies, drive impact analysis and solution proposals including scoping of time & effort.
- Solution build (configuration) in support of change requests and quality assurance testing.
- Manage new releases, orchestrating the related testing and change management.
- Maintain the master functional knowledge database and associated user guidance materials.
- Oversee day to day support; manage service, change requests, defects tickets and queries.
- Oversee triage and maintaining the agreed SLAs and appropriate reporting.
- Where needed, manage the experimentation and introduction of new talent acquisition ways of working, leading the user experience, process design, functional configuration and definition of the support model.
Drive the use of data and analytics to power insights and decision-making:
- Support and influence the definition and evolution of core datapoints and reports for talent acquisition.
- Champion the use of existing reports and upskill key stakeholders to ensure best use.
- Partner with the Global Talent and People Analytics teams to support and refine core KPIs.
- Manage and evaluate day-to-day reporting requests.
- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition practices.
Support, where needed, the maintenance and evolution of the Talent Development solutions portfolio.

What you will bring:
- At least 3 - 4 years experience managing and supporting talent acquisition and recruitment technology solutions.
- Advanced Workday Talent configuration experience notably on Workday Recruitment module – business processes, reporting, document generation, career site and integrations.
- Experience with Workday Talent & Performance is desirable.
- Exposure/experience of Workday Extend in a Talent capacity an advantage but not essential.
- Experience defining, evolving and leveraging recruitment data and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to something easy to understand for a variety of stakeholders.
- User centric design approach and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Great attention to detail, as well as the ability to step back and connect the dots to the bigger picture.
- Fluent written and spoken English - other languages a plus.
