The Solution Lead is a key role that will drive experience definition, planning, prioritisation, delivery and enablement of initiatives across the Talent & Learning technology landscape. This role blends project leadership, design thinking, and capacity planning, to ensure that the solutions we develop and evolve are not only effective, but also meaningful, well adopted and aligned with our broader HR strategy.
You will work closely with our Global Talent and Global Learning teams, regional HR partners, IT, as well as internal and external solution specialists (with deep expertise in solutions such as Workday, Cornerstone & IMC), to shape and realise our technology roadmap and enhance the learner, manager, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the intake process for new ideas, enhancement requests, and change initiatives with specific focus on evolution related to career and growth experiences.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to assess needs, define value, and evaluate feasibility.
- Shape and maintain a clear and evolving roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and delivery capacity, through identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and release management.
- Lead prioritisation discussions, surfacing trade-offs and facilitating decision-making across competing requests.
- Provide transparency to stakeholders through clear reporting on status, progress, and risks.
Journey Design, Enablement and Change Management
- Put the user (learner, manager, employee) at the centre of every solution. Champion user experience principles in solution design and delivery.
- Design talent & learning journeys (for the scope assigned) with end-to-end mindset. Partner with HR teams to co-create experiences that are simple, impactful, and embedded in everyday workflows.
- Facilitate change management to support key stakeholders with the transition to new ways of working.
- Support the enablement of stakeholders through the development of clear documentation, guidance, training assets, and support materials.
- Drive adoption of key features and capabilities, with a focus on ongoing optimisation and business value.
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives, either independently through configuration changes or by coordinating a project team (e.g., system specialists, vendors, HR partners).
- Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct feasibility and impact assessments; manage risk and dependencies across teams.
- Oversee testing, change readiness, and launch activities with a focus on quality and user confidence.
Data-Driven Insights
- Collaborate with the relevant HR stakeholders and People Analytics teams to shape and refine Talent & Learning KPIs and core reports.
- Leverage analytics to assess experience and system effectiveness, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests, champion the use of existing reports and support upskilling to help stakeholders derive actionable insights from data.
What You Will Bring

- Strong learning agility and willingness to learn
- 4+ years of experience managing delivery of technology enhancements related to HR, talent or learning β understanding of Workday, Cornerstone/EdCast and IMC environment desirable.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills, with a structured yet flexible approach.
- High attention to detail balanced with strategic perspective and storytelling ability.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery approaches an advantage but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English - other languages a plus.
