Your role @ Chanel
The role holder will be required to work within the Global Information Security's Governance Risk & Compliance pillar and collaborate across the other global pillars i.e. GISEC Resilience, GISEC Response, GISEC Advisory and GISEC Transformation to manage and operate the cyber third party assurance program and assessments for suppliers across our regions: Europe, Asia, Middle‑East and the US. Additionally, the role holder will be required to regularly work with and support the Regional and Divisional Information security and Information technology teams in the execution of their work programs, providing strategic support to ensure core alignment between Global, Regional, Divisional and Local cybersecurity initiatives.

- Cybersecurity Third party risk management (TPRM) - Supplier assessments, risk identification, monitoring and maintenance.
- End to end supplier risk lifecycle management.
- Information Security risk and gap remediation tracking - including communication of gaps identified from 3rd party assessments and follow up of remediation actions.
- Regular engagement with Chanel Businesses to support the gap closures activities.
- InfoSec Policy and Standards advisory - Ad-hoc support to the Chanel business and regions with respect to the Control Standards and InfoSec Policy requirements.
- InfoSec scorecards development & maintenance - Ownership, Management and maintenance of the InfoSec Key metrics and scorecards.
- Manage the junior / newer team members within the TPRM team and provide support in execution of assigned tasks in line with agreed targets.
- Supporting the Management reporting for GISEC GRC as required.

Requirements
- University degree.
- More than 10 years InfoSec/ IT Security experience in large international organisation.
- Security certifications like but not limited to: CRISC, CISM, CISA, CGEIT, AAIA, AAISM, CISSP.
- Knowledge of network protocols and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Proven experience working successfully with external service providers.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent English and oral communication skills. Regional languages also desirable.
