As Senior Manager, Global Internal Audit Business Partner, you will be the global owner of our internal audit and risk management platform, Optro, to oversee system configuration, manage access rights, and continually enhance tool functionality. You will develop and deliver comprehensive user training, including large‑scale sessions and personalised coaching for senior leaders, to ensure effective adoption and utilisation across the organisation.
You will design and build tailored dashboards for global, regional, and divisional stakeholders, enabling them to monitor outstanding actions and aged issues. Coordinating follow‑up on global audit findings, you will ensure timely resolution and consistent reporting across all business units and legal entities. Your responsibilities include developing and executing testing methodologies to validate remediation efforts and confirm the closure of action plans.
The role requires preparing high‑quality management reports and dashboards for the Audit Committee, providing key updates on audit progress, issue status, and emerging risk themes. You will partner closely with the Global Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management to create executive‑level presentations and materials for leadership and board audiences. Leveraging data analytics and visualisation, you will extract insights and communicate risk trends in a compelling manner.
You will also contribute to business pilot programmes, research emerging technologies to enhance audit and risk management practices and support specialised audit reviews as required.
This role actively shapes a stronger culture for risk awareness and control effectiveness by ensuring audit action plans are promptly addressed and completed, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. By optimising the Optro platform, you will empower teams globally to track, address, and resolve audit and risk issues. Through insightful dashboards and clear reporting, you provide leadership with timely visibility into emerging risks, outstanding issues, and overall management action plan progress, enabling more informed and agile decision‑making.

What you will bring
- Internal audit and risk management experience: Background in internal audit, internal control, and risk management, ideally in an international environment. Strong ability to analyse processes, identify risks, and propose practical, tailored solutions. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or luxury sectors is highly valued.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with leading complex system roll‑outs, proactively identifying and addressing obstacles before they impact project timelines. Experience developing data visualisations and dashboards (ideally Power BI and Sigma) to communicate complex audit findings. Prior experience with Optro (formerly AuditBoard) or other global risk and control systems is desirable but not essential.
- Strong data analytical skills: Skilled in extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills: Demonstrated capability to articulate complex information and data insights to stakeholders at all levels clearly, concisely, and compellingly.
- Credentials: Professional qualifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) are highly regarded.
