WHAT IMPACT YOU WILL CREATE AT CHANEL

The Treasury Transformation Manager will have the Business Application Owner role responsible for driving the anticipated changes by working closely with other Treasury and IT functions as well as third party stakeholders such as treasury system vendors and banking partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Drive functional and technical transversal treasury projects ensuring alignment across the Treasury function and with the relevant other stakeholders (Tax, Accounting, IT, FP&A, AP & AR, and other transformation teams)
  • Requirements & Solution Design: Define functional scoping and requirements to drive technical design and build; Propose new solutions, enhancements, and simplifications
  • Solution testing: Manage and coordinate testing in the context of incidents or projects (UAT)
  • Learning: Develop and coordinate formal training/coaching and development programs (including functional training of end users of Treasury applications); in close collaboration with functional leads.
  • Application management: Provide close support to Regional teams and global Treasury Operations team (bridge requests to IT Application owner when needed); Perform periodic access reviews
  • Tech: Collaborate closely with IT function for system issue resolutions, systems developments to maximize automation, efficiency, and controls, reporting improvements, implementation of new treasury products.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Substantial knowledge and experience in Treasury Systems and Processes (“Reval” is a plus and any payment solution / bank connectivity solution experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and connectivity hubs within multinational environments is a strong asset.
  • Broader automation and digital transformation skills, leveraging technology to streamline treasury operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Experience in functional support.
  • Ability to comprehend business issues and develop coherent & comprehensive business solutions.
  • Thinking and acting strategically and prioritising effectively.
  • Result oriented to turn plans into actions in line with defined visions.
  • Analytical mindset result oriented with ability to take decisions in a quick and efficient manner, leveraging prioritisation skills.
  • Capacity to work in an international and complex environment.
  • Project management and change skills, with demonstrated ability to drive tasks to closure and efficient delegation skills with controlled empowerment.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and related tools) to drive data-driven insights, reporting automation, and process efficiency.
  • Understand broader interdependencies and ability to connect the dots.
  • Proven communication skills (verbal and written) and resolving conflicts through open communication.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and interact with all levels of the organization effectively, including senior management.
  • Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills to align different opinions, situations and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).
