This role exists to shape, structure and deliver Chanel's global talent priorities through high-impact projects that strengthen how we attract, develop and retain talent worldwide. As a member of the Global Talent team, the Talent Project Manager works at the intersection of talent management, talent acquisition and technology, translating strategy into scalable, sustainable solutions.
In this role, you will strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate the employee and candidate experience, helping to embed a culture of continuous development and performance while ensuring our talent practices remain inclusive, futureâready and aligned with Chanel's values.
What impact you can create at Chanel
- Support annual talent management cycle and retro planning, developing, and updating support materials to onboard and firmly establish talent review and succession planning at scale.
- Leverage data analytics to inform global priorities and accompany regional and divisional partners in their analysis.
- Design governance model to optimise a global talent development initiative focused on the accelerated development of Top talent.
- Organise and facilitate global Talent Forums, driving stakeholder engagement and supporting internal mobility.
- Lead the design and delivery of talent development pillars supporting our posture of development for all.
- Support the effective deployment of performance management cycles (mid-year, year-end), updating toolkits and communication materials.
- Support the global talent community through effective communication and resource provision.
- Design and implement global talent acquisition processes and training to align and elevate candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Coâlead, in close partnership with People Solutions, the global TA Tech Project enhancing our ATS with global process design, optimizing UX in alignment with our values.
- Manage crossâfunctional, international project teams to deliver inclusive, compliant, and globally adapted TA solutions.
- Drive change management and adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring sustainability and stakeholder buyâin across all markets.
- Manage digital platforms (LinkedIn, career sites) to maximize talent attraction and engagement.
- Collaborate with global communications teams to update talent marketing and campus management materials and adapt toolkits for regional talent acquisition initiatives.

What you will bring
- Minimum 7 years' professional experience including minimum 5 years' international project management within talent management, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and recruitment process design.
- Strong experience with HR systems and TA technology platforms, with a focus on UX/UI enhancements.
- Proven ability to interpret talent data and translate insights into strategic action.
- Strong change management and influential leadership skills, especially within matrixed organisations.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in governance, resource optimisation, and compliance for talent programmes.
