Your role @CHANEL:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting CHANEL achieving its business objectives and strengthening brand equity through the strategic planning and excellence in execution of all Beauty marketing campaigns and expressions. This role is accountable for engaging clients across all touchpoints and ensuring the client experience is always cohesive and compelling.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
- For the UK Region, the Senior Marketing Manager Beauty will guide and inspire the local teams, with the support of the Brand Managers, optimising marketing plans to nourish brand equity, maximising incremental business opportunities and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the brand guidelines and business priorities.
- Drive and own the Beauty strategy and planning for the UK Region.
- Lead 360 launch planning for all Beauty campaigns in collaboration with UK Regional teams, ensuring plans are connected and amplified across all client touchpoints to deliver the brand and commercial objectives.
- Ownership of forecasting process for all limited life, continuous new launches, in partnership with Brand Managers, Commercial and Demand Planning teams.
- Define the product positioning and pricing strategies for the region across our omni channel environment, outlining where to play and how to win to optimise market positioning and connect meaningfully with consumers.
- Manage Promo budget for Beauty with impact, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Market & Client Intelligence to provide in-depth knowledge of the market, with total mastery of the salient facts and the performance that drive it. Anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture & trend forecasting and customer segment behaviours.
- Team management to empower and develop the team energising, building talent and maximise departmental performance.
