The Senior Manager, Global Finance Academy contributes to shaping and executing the global Finance capability agenda defined by the CFO Office in partnership with HR. The role translates strategic priorities into structured, high-impact learning initiatives while independently driving program design, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined implementation across regions. Operating in a complex global matrix environment, the role combines strategic contribution with hands-on execution, ensuring measurable impact while maintaining operational excellence of the Finance Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive the global Finance capability agenda by translating business priorities into clear, actionable learning strategies.
  • Design and deliver high-impact, scalable capability programs across Finance, digital enablement, and transformation topics in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Partner with senior Finance leaders and HR to embed leadership capability tailored to Finance roles and future needs.
  • Build and develop a strong internal faculty by enabling subject matter experts to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
  • Act as a central connector across global Finance, HR, and transformation teams to ensure alignment and consistency of initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery with strong governance, ensuring quality execution across regions.
  • Measure impact and continuously improve programs, focusing on real application, behaviour change, and business relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to Finance or Finance Transformation environments, with proven involvement in capability development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and credible recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes, business partnering and transformation dynamics.
  • Experience designing and delivering capability programs for finance audiences, using blended learning approaches and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to manage global projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Capacity to navigate complex organizations, influence, and bring together various stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and track impact using meaningful metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement.
