  • Facilitate ongoing communication with end-users to gather feedback, foster collaboration, and build advocacy for the platform’s benefits.

Collaboration with Technical Teams and Reporting:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Work closely with Workday technical teams (HRIS Global, IT, AMS Partners, etc.) to ensure that the system is configured to meet user needs and identified business requirements.
  • Provide insights into the user experience and advocate for user-centric design and functionality in Workday and HR Solution deployments.
  • Provide regular reporting on user adoption and overall progress to senior management.
