Join CHANEL's Global People Solutions team and experience a unique journey at the heart of international digital HR, employee experience and HR service excellence! You will play a key role at the heart of our HRIS team, supporting our global Workday operations while contributing to the deployment of People Experience journeys and HR Service Management capabilities within our digital HR landscape. You will collaborate with a global team across multiple regions, in a role that requires autonomy, adaptability, and fluency in English.

What Impact You Can Create At Chanel

  • HR Service Management
    • Designing HR service journeys: support the design and deployment of our HR Service Management journeys end-to-end, mapping how HR users and employees interact with our systems to receive consistent, high-quality service.
    • System configuration and rollout: contribute to the configuration, testing and rollout of HR Service Management capabilities within our digital HR landscape, working hand-in-hand with the wider HRIS team.
    • Knowledge base and self-service: help build and structure our HR knowledge base, FAQs and self-service content within our systems, so information is accurate, accessible and easy to use.
    • Continuous improvement: help monitor how our HR service journeys perform, turning early insights into recommendations to refine and evolve the experience.
  • People Experience
    • Translating experiences into systems: support the design and deployment of People Experience journeys, helping translate what we want our people to feel and do into concrete digital experiences within our HR systems.
    • Journey mapping and configuration: contribute to mapping employee touchpoints across the lifecycle and supporting their configuration end-to-end, so that the people narrative comes to life through our tools.
    • Bringing design thinking into HRIS: apply design thinking and service design principles to HRIS deployments, keeping the user experience at the heart of every system change.
    • Partnering with the People Experience community: act as the HRIS bridge to the People Experience team, ensuring their vision is reflected in how our systems and journeys are built.
  • HRIS – Global People Solutions
    • Project management and continuous improvement: actively participate in HR transformation projects (data quality, service management, deployment of digital solutions, etc.), contributing to coordination, action tracking and meeting minutes.
    • Testing and deployment: support the team during testing phases (new configurations, updates, Workday enhancements), offering constructive and critical insight.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with IT, Data Analytics and People Development teams to ensure the excellence of our HR solutions.

What You Will Bring

  • Master's student in HR, business school, or university, ideally with previous experience or interest in HRIS, digital HR, employee experience, or project management; knowledge of Workday is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus, and comfort interacting in an international environment is essential.
  • Autonomous, proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with rigour.
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with HR data and digital tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service mindset and curiosity about design thinking and people listening.
