Provide analytical and audit related support across global financial systems (including Coupa, Concur, REVAL, Oracle EPM and PowerPlan), providing timely and effective reporting and monitoring of support processes, ensuring data integrity, enabling audit compliance, and harmonisation across teams. Reporting to the IT Application Manager.

- Reporting & Operational Monitoring
- Produce and maintain reporting on incidents and service requests across systems
- Provide structured insights on ticket trends and operational performance and develop harmonised KPIs across Finance applications
- Maintain tracking files and dashboards to support governance and SteerCo reporting
- Audit & Compliance
- Support user access reviews and audit processes across financial systems
- Prepare audit deliverables, including qualitative reports, extracts, and evidence files
- Track and follow up on remediation actions related to access governance
- Monitor compliance with internal audit and security requirements
- Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to system testing for enhancements
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates
