Reports to: F&B Ecommerce Distribution Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time Contract
As an Ecommerce Distribution Supervisor, you will drive the performance of ecommerce logistics operations within a fast‑paced distribution environment. You will act as a key link between warehouse operations, inventory and systems teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high service delivery across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring all online orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Lead, train and motivate a team, improving productivity and maintaining high performance standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, workload allocation and performance monitoring to meet fluctuating order volumes and tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, stock audits and discrepancy resolution.
- Oversee shipping processes, ensuring correct packaging, labelling and coordination with courier services to meet delivery targets.
- Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and D365 ERP to track orders, monitor KPIs and generate operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting routine checks and promoting a safe working environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflow efficiency, reduce errors and increase output.
- Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, inventory and procurement teams to resolve issues and improve overall supply‑chain performance.
- Provide support, advice and assistance to F&B / Boutique teams when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational management within ecommerce, logistics or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory and fulfilment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, D365 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including peak periods.
