  • Manage security assignments and approvals within the time zone and handle service requests when necessary.
  • Prepare and communicate KPIs related to support and Workday adoption/usage within the time zone.
  • Change and Communication Support
  • Work with regional teams to facilitate ongoing adoption of Workday features and functionality.
  • Provide insights to global leads based on user needs and experiences to enhance the overall Workday experience.
  • Disseminate key information and decisions to the global HR communities.
  • Train regional teams on new Workday features.
  • Release Management and Ad-hoc Projects
  • Review and assess feature updates provided by Workday.
  • Adapt test scripts for configuration changes and partner with regional teams for local regression testing.
  • Document and support regional change request requirements.
  • Assist with end-to-end testing for releases and configuration changes.
  • Governance
  • Assist Data Stewards in their roles.
  • Oversee data accuracy and collaborate on data quality improvements.
  • Implement global data requirements and resolve technical data issues.
  • Suggest and maintain system-enforced data controls as agreed with Data Owners & Stewards.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Proficient in requirements elicitation and business process modeling.
  • Proven decision-making skills with the ability to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Minimum 4 years of Workday Analyst/Administrator experience with cloud SaaS HR applications.
