Chanel has a unique entry-level opportunity to join our Global Corporate People & Organisation (P&O) team at Chanel. The successful applicant will be immersed in a dynamic environment and gain first-hand experience across key aspects of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The Intern will collaborate closely with experienced professionals across Chanel's Global Corporate functions, making a tangible impact on our recruitment efforts and broader people initiatives within HR Operations. This role offers a rare chance to develop a holistic understanding of HR centres of expertise within a global luxury context.
- Recruitment Support
- Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Review candidate profiles via internal systems and assist in shortlisting
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and exploratory conversations
- Assist with projects related to the performance lifecycle for Global Corporate
- Design and execute manager and employee training modules for key moments
- Drive expanded use of established performance dashboard among HR Business Partner community
- Use analytics to drive engagement and inform planning through regular reporting on training and learning needs
- Provide administrative, reporting and project support on a variety of HR topics
