About the context
The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions. HERO aims to harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting our divisional operating models and métier specificities. It will create a standardized, single global core ERP model, based on the SaaS Microsoft D365 F&O platform.

Your role @ Chanel
As a Senior Manager of Technical QA at Chanel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution. You will leverage your expertise in automated testing and quality assurance methodologies to enhance our testing framework and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.
The impact you can create at Chanel
This role is to work with development partners tech development leads to assure full code review for performance, maintainability and security compliance.
– Proactively involved in development and plan, ahead for testing, cutover and Run activities.
– Drive the solution quality assurance lifecycle :
– Assisting in Post Go-live Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where relevant to proactively identify improvements to QA framework. Connecting with Microsoft proactively to strengthen HERO QA framework and use of emerging technologies with AI.
– Define quality metrics
– Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness working with testing lead/ partner
– Build a quality-driven engineering culture that helps ship products rapidly and with good confidence
