Client Data & Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Client Data & Insights Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming client data into actionable insights that enhance our client engagement strategy.
As a Client Data & Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing client data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimise client engagement, retention, and personalisation efforts. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, CRM, and Marketing, ensuring that our brand continues to deliver a seamless, ultimate luxury experience to our clients. A collaborative role allowing you to be the main point of contact on various data-related projects and insights requests.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL:
Data Analysis & Insights
- Provide the business with key client insights, identify trends in the business and make recommendations for areas of focus.
- Collate cross departmental client insights needs and work on a roadmap to deliver reporting and dashboards.
- Support and coach wider marketing team with more efficient ways of reporting, and act as a key partner for their insights needs.
- Oversee the production of strategic analysis and provide qualitative insights for key management presentations for senior market/ regional/ divisional leaders.
- Provide Global Insights teams with UK Fashion client updates.
CRM & Client Engagement
- Support the definition of annual Clienteling targets and accompanying incentive programme based on the business objectives.
- Leverage data to support stakeholders on decision making for events and communications.
- Collaborate with retail and digital teams to enable data-driven decision making and improve the client experience.
Data Management & Governance
- Manage the relationship between Fashion Marketing and the BI team to ensure the development & evolution of Fashion Marketing reporting.
- Assist in the transition to a global analytics platform, working closely with global and local teams to crosscheck data and KPIs.
- Work closely with touchpoint owners for applications such as My360 (Clienteling App), Y2 (POS) & Pioneer (SCV) to ensure the applications meet the needs of the business for clienteling.
- Ensure efficient & optimal database maintenance, deduplication & data capture processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Demonstrated competence in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity in data visualisation and competence in PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Agile and proactive mindset constantly seeking insights to improve the business.
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold CHANEL\’s values and initiatives, including discretion and confidentiality.
