Our boutiques are at the heart of the CHANEL experience, with a constant focus on delivering exceptional and personalised service. As a Hospitality Host, you will elevate the refreshment offering while supporting the retail teams to enhance the overall client journey at our New Bond Street boutique. Working closely with Client Experience Hosts and VIC Executive, you will help ensure a seamless, elevated, and welcoming experience for every client.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the VIC Executive to ensure our top clients are recognised, appointments are impeccably prepared, and individual preferences are thoughtfully anticipated and delivered.
  • Collaborate with the wider boutique team to ensure the seamless execution of refreshment service for both appointment‑based and walk‑in clients.
  • Manage the VIP kitchen and hospitality supplies, ensuring efficient, discreet, and timely service at all times.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of boutique policies, procedures, and client services to support a consistent and elevated client experience.
  • Create a welcoming and luxurious environment tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Proactively greet clients throughout the boutique, for both scheduled appointments and ad‑hoc visits.
  • Work in close partnership with Fashion Advisors, building an understanding of their clients’ expectations and supporting the successful execution of appointments, while sharing best practices.
  • Support and contribute to in‑boutique events, client gatherings, and Master Classes, playing a key role in business development initiatives at New Bond Street.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service within a luxury or high‑end hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to build trusted, lasting professional relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Adaptability and professionalism in a fast‑paced, fluid environment, demonstrating discretion, sound judgement, and a can‑do attitude.
  • Strong appreciation for art, beauty, luxury, and etiquette, supported by local cultural knowledge to further elevate the client experience.
  • Experience working with VIC clients, developing a deep understanding of personalised service, cultural awareness, and client relationship management.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse boutique roles, including Fashion Advisors, Client Experience Hosts, VIC Executives, and Boutique Management.
