Your role @CHANEL:

  • As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you are the ultimate CHANEL ambassador and you will play a key role in our mission, embodying our values and DNA.

Responsibilities:

  • Build long lasting client relationships through a tailored, memorable experience both in-store and through digital channels.
  • Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling.
  • Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients.
  • Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio.
  • Help achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs.

  • Experience in a client‑facing retail environment.
  • A passion for client experience.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections.
  • A collaborative and team‑first mindset.
