Role Overview

As a Tailor at CHANEL you will preserve the House’s silhouette, create memorable experiences for clients, and ensure garments fit perfectly while reflecting timeless elegance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure each garment is impeccably tailored to the client’s measurements, upholding the creative intent of the Studio and the House’s highest standards.
  • Act as an ambassador of CHANEL’s style and values, delivering personalized service that boosts client confidence.
  • Collaborate with Fashion Advisors during fittings to provide expert advice and smooth the luxury client journey.
  • Take precise measurements, pin garments, and recommend alterations aligned with CHANEL codes and collection spirit.
  • Lead fittings with warmth and professionalism, guiding clients through options.
  • Prepare garments for final fitting, ensuring immaculate delivery on time.
  • Conduct meticulous alterations and repairs, achieving invisible, precise results.
  • Assess garments, identify necessary adjustments, and execute changes without compromising design integrity.
  • Maintain knowledge of fabrics, construction techniques, and latest collection guidelines.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks to guarantee precision and craftsmanship.
