YOUR ROLE @CHANEL:
To lead from the front and act as a strong presence on the floor, ensuring an exceptional client journey through impeccable service, team inspiration and seamless day to day operations, upholding CHANEL's standards of excellence in every client interaction. The role of a Team Manager acts as a vital link between the boutique team and senior management, aligning daily performance with CHANEL's strategic vision.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL
- Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team.
- Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach.
- Reporting into the Assistant Managers and ultimately the Boutique Director, providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise, as well as celebrating successes!
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience.
- Coach the team to ensure and maintain the shopfloor to a luxury standard (VM, wrapping, replenishment).
- Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience.
