**Your role @CHANEL**
As an Ecommerce Distribution Supervisor, you will drive the performance of ecommerce logistics operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. Acting as a key link between warehouse operations, inventory and systems teams, you will ensure seamless order fulfilment and high service delivery across the UK. This role offers strong cross-functional exposure, working closely with UK teams, while contributing to operational excellence, system optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business agility and customer satisfaction. As a trusted cross-functional partner, you will support Distribution Centre teams in achieving shared objectives, working collaboratively with colleagues while leading by example to inspire high performance and accountability.

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring all online orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team, improving productivity and maintaining high performance standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, workload allocation, and performance monitoring to meet fluctuating order volumes and tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Oversee shipping processes, ensuring correct packaging, labelling, and coordination with courier services to meet delivery targets.
- Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and D365 ERP system to track orders, monitor KPIs, and generate operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting routine checks and promoting a safe working environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and increase output.
- Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, inventory and procurement teams to resolve issues and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Provide support, advice and assistance to F&B / Boutique teams when required.

- Experience in operational management within ecommerce, logistics, or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and fulfilment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, D365, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including peak periods.
