Role: Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant
Location: John Lewis Oxford Street, with responsibilities across Harrods Knightsbridge, Selfridges Oxford Street, Peter Jones, St Pancras Boutique, Covent Garden Boutique, and Battersea Power Station Boutique
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 days in 7

Your role @CHANEL: As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be a key ambassador, embodying our values and DNA. Leveraging your experience, CHANEL will enable you to:
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare
- Create authentic, personalized experiences tailored to clients' needs
- Ensure excellence in client service according to CHANEL’s standards

- Contribute to sales through product knowledge, clienteling tools, events, and cross-category selling
