Position: Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant
Location: Jarrolds Norwich
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days

Your role @CHANEL:
As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the ultimate CHANEL ambassador, embodying our values and DNA.
Your responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare
- Creating personalized, authentic experiences tailored to client needs
- Ensuring excellent client service following CHANELβs standards
- Building long-term relationships to increase client loyalty
- Contributing to sales performance through product knowledge, clienteling tools, events, and cross-category selling
- Maintaining an omni-channel approach for seamless in-store and online experiences
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals
Qualifications and qualities:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs
- Knowledge of Fragrance & Beauty products with the ability to close sales
