Your role at Chanel involves working closely with the Fashion Training Lead and the broader Fashion Training Team to develop and deliver strategic blended learning solutions that meet the needs of our Fashion business amid significant change. The role supports the Fashion Retail network across the UK and Ireland, requiring a deep understanding of all product categories and the CHANEL client experience. You will lead the development and delivery of impactful training programmes, measure their effectiveness, and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across the UK, region, and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Co‑develop the core annual training curriculum aligned with local and global priorities.
- Create engaging, outcome‑driven, and experiential learning moments and support the implementation of blended learning solutions.
- Project manage and deliver the 2026 Collection Training, ensuring alignment with the Global vision.
- Own end‑to‑end execution of category expert courses.
- Support strategic training events such as Fashion Festival, Clienteling Academy, and bespoke workshops.
- Coordinate with Style Expertise to deliver up‑to‑date messaging to all retail populations.
- Renew, update, and manage the new‑hire induction programme (in‑class and digital).
- Collaborate with the Digital Learning Manager to create and edit UK content for the Fashion e‑learning platform.
- Measure and report on training effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Maintain consistency of learning programmes with CHANEL’s mission and culture.
- Work with Marketing and Merchandising to ensure cohesive communication across the Boutique network.
- Represent UK Fashion Training at Global Seminars, ad‑hoc events, and internal/external meetings.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, and learning design.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and foster a team spirit.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Deep knowledge and passion for Fashion.
- Experience working with Learning & Development partners.
- Commitment to continuous self‑learning and inspiring others.
