A forward‑looking D365 Test Manager to lead HERO’s global testing with a strong bias toward AI adoption, automation, and intelligent quality assurance. Working as a solo manager, you will collaborate closely with system integrator partners to deliver maximum value, quality, and efficiency through automation and AI-driven test solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish HERO’s AI‑first testing strategy and lead adoption of AI tools such as Lidana, Tosca, and AI copilots within Azure DevOps.
- Identify automation opportunities across GCM and regional processes, expanding coverage to reduce manual testing cycles and costs.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and use AI analytics to predict risks and improve quality outcomes.
- Govern SAT and Global Regression testing end‑to‑end, aligning global teams and regions to AI‑enhanced testing plans.
- Drive readiness across SAT → SIT → UAT → OAT → Go‑Live, using AI‑augmented dashboards for visibility and forecasting.
- Collaborate with SI partners for automation‑led scripting and execution services, ensuring maximum value and SLA adherence.
- Maintain and evolve the HERO global testing governance framework, ensuring AI‑supported traceability and automated evidence.
- Own global testing strategy across all phases, maintaining AI‑enhanced templates, playbooks, and Azure DevOps structures.
- Provide AI‑supported guidance and readiness standards to regions during SIT/UAT/OAT.
- Expand automated regression coverage and use AI analytics to maintain and optimise the regression suite.
- Lead automation strategy and roadmap, scaling automated regression for platform updates and global releases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ERP testing leadership in large, global, multi‑region programmes, ideally D365 F&O.
- Strong command of SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and regression cycles in highly integrated environments.
- Proven automation background with hands‑on experience using Lidana and Tosca to accelerate test preparation and expand coverage.
- Experience embedding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and scaling automation release‑over‑release.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills to lead multiple testing cycles in fast‑paced global environments.
- Continuous‑improvement and analytical mindset focused on AI adoption, automation expansion, and quality‑driven delivery.
- Professional certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner or PMP.
- Fluency in English; French a plus.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and multi‑system ERP landscapes.
- Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for end‑to‑end test governance.
- Advanced AI‑enabled and automation‑driven testing capabilities with tools like Lidana, Tosca, and Azure cloud services.
