The Boutique Manager based in London Burlington Gardens is responsible for leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and hold accountable a team of two, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Coach, give feedback, and provide hands on training.
- Handle employee relations and liaise with the P&O team.
- Oversee client interactions and develop lasting relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to maximise boutique results.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect luxury standards.
- Manage store operations, including sales processing, inventory control, and after sales service.
- Lead buying sessions and oversee stock management.
- Represent the brand consistently across all interactions.
- Collaborate with headquarters and other departments to align operations with company objectives.
- Seek opportunities to optimise processes and enhance boutique performance.
- Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar customer facing environment.
- Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable.
- Confident decision making and clear direction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic sales skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
- Impeccable personal presentation and deep understanding of luxury standards.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and engaging with an international clientele.
- Passion for jewellery, interior decoration, and artistic craftsmanship.
- Additional language skills supporting a global customer base.
- Proficiency with point of sale systems and CRM tools.
Work Environment & Location
The role is based on site at the London Burlington Gardens boutique, with occasional travel for training or brand events. The boutique will remain in Mayfair.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Brand Director in Paris.
