Job Purpose
The Account Manager will lead a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for clients, aligning with the Fragrance & Beauty vision. Responsibilities include managing retail activities, maintaining the brandβs image, liaising with field and head office teams, and coaching the team daily.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the Team: Guide team towards results and individual development, foster an environment of ethics, integrity, and diversity, address employee relations issues, facilitate communication, and share brand vision and business challenges.
Business Development: Build client portfolio, develop initiatives aligned with brand strategy, manage staff rotas, communicate stock needs, understand the business environment, and report to line managers.
Creating Experiences: Lead by example on the sales floor, embrace omni-channel shopping, resolve client complaints holistically, provide team training, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Brand Ambassador: Demonstrate brand values, share brand heritage and know-how, implement training, and adhere to grooming guidelines.
