We are seeking an experienced Senior Server & Storage Engineer to join a leading enterprise client within the hospitality sector, supporting critical infrastructure across head office operation and European sites. The role combines office-based engineering with hands-on project delivery remotely on different site locations. Travel will be required for approximately one week per month on average, with office attendance expected Tuesday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support enterprise server, storage and core infrastructure environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DFS, PKI and file server technologies.
- Support Kubernetes and Linux platforms.
- Maintain Dell server infrastructure, SAN and backup storage solutions.
- Deliver infrastructure projects, shipboard deployments and refit activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams, share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DFS, PKI and file servers.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Dell server technologies, SAN and backup storage.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work aboard cruise ships regularly.
- Networking knowledge and experience is also beneficial.
- £55-60k per annum plus package
