Trainee Agricultural Parts Advisor – Grantham

As a Trainee Agricultural Parts Advisor you will:

  • Be trained to provide parts advice to customers, maintaining courtesy and good relationships.
  • Handle all enquiries, orders and queries (written, telephone, verbal) quickly and efficiently.
  • Involve in stock control and computer input of parts from a wide range of agricultural brands.
  • Inspect and receive deliveries, maintaining proper condition.

Work schedules 8 am‑5:30 pm Monday‑Friday, with rota weekend days and overtime as needed.

As a JCB Engineer you will:

  • Service, diagnose and repair JCB machines to manufacturer standards.
  • Use assigned diagnostic software and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect and repair equipment, ensuring safety and performance.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Support JCB training and health & safety policies.
  • Complete timesheets and job cards accurately.
  • Coordinate with Service Managers to meet timelines.

Work 45 hours a week Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:30.

  • Experience working in a franchised main dealer.
