What You\\u2019ll Be Doing

  • Building Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Sourcing Talent: Use a variety of channels (Advertising, Referrals, Headhunting) to find top candidates who will fit perfectly with client teams.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, provide tailored recruitment solutions to grow your existing portfolio.
  • Recruitment Process: Conduct interviews, assess candidates and place the right people in the right roles.
