A great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing designers and manufacturers of Innovative Smart Building Controls, Heating Controls and Thermostats! Field/Home based covering North London and the Northern Home Counties, Hertfordshire, North London, Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, you will be selling to M&E Contractors and then back selling via Merchants, Distributors and Wholesalers.

The Role:

  • Your role is to sell the company's Designed and Manufactured range of Innovative Smart Building Controls, Heating Controls and Thermostats.
  • Field/home based covering North London and the Northern Home Counties, Hertfordshire, North London, Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
  • Selling into a mix of M&E Contractors probably around 70% of your time and 30% will be focusing on back selling via Merchants/Distributors and Wholesalers.
  • Attending 4 - 6 meetings a day although this can vary on any given day.
  • This is a large area but excellent support and back up will be given on the territory.
  • 60-70% of your time will be Account Management focused with 30-40% being New Business focused.
  • Great training, support and development.
  • You will be required to be autonomous and self sufficient.

The Person:

  • Must have sold a plumbing/mechanical product.
  • Experience of selling into M&E Contractors and/or Merchants/Distributors/Wholesalers.
  • Must have field sales experience.
  • Self sufficient.
  • A great Account Manager with the ability to be New Business focused.

The Package:

  • £40-£43k basic salary dependant on experience.
  • OTE £58k+ paid monthly with annual accelerators in place.
  • Choice of company car (great electric option available).
