Remuneration
- Basic salary £47,000‑£52,000

Responsibilities
- Sell market‑leading green roof, blue roof and green/blue roof drainage systems in commercial new build and retrofit applications.
- Cover UK major cities of England and Wales, occasionally Ireland.
- Gain specifications with architects, specifiers, engineers, conduct CPD seminars, promote patented solutions.
- Track project through main contractor, maintain specification with roofing contractor, break competitor specification, back‑sell through heavy‑side builders merchant or stockist.
- Drive growth and strategic development of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) as local planning guidelines recommend blue/green infrastructure.
- Target new build and retrofit commercial office projects, hotel, leisure, apartment blocks over 4 storeys high. Order values £30k‑£150k.
Qualifications
- Project‑led sales success in roofing/flat roofing arena or building envelope arena.
- Confident, likeable, credible sales professional, commercial astute, close competitor specification, close order with contractor, build relationships with resellers.
- Degree educated, membership of relevant bodies (CIOB, RIBA, NFRC) great.
- Prepared to stay away occasionally.
- Career focused, growth mindset.
