Location: NinetyOne
Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum + 10% performance based bonus
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (7:00-15:30 or 7:30-16:00)

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of 4 staff members, including 2 General Assistants and 2 Kitchen Staff, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and effective task delegation to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by leading the team in delivering prompt, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
  • Manage stock for both kitchen and front-of-house supplies, conducting regular stock checks, placing orders, and ensuring that all products are stored and prepared according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including monitoring sales targets, cash handling, and controlling costs while identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high service standards.
