We are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to work with us covering business & industry sites in London & the Southeast. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity to play a pivotal role within our senior leadership team and an opportunity to truly drive innovation, push boundaries and reach potential. Key responsibilities • Responsible for executing operational delivery of circa £30 million revenue to agreed company standards • Accountable for the business commercial performance, through proactive strategic planning and value propositions • Developing, improving and implementing operations and production plans to meet company goals • To strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide excellent customer care • Maximise contract retention and upselling in area of responsibility • To motivate/lead a team of 4 regional operations managers to achieve great results, targets and develop teams and successors Our ideal candidate will: • Be an experienced Operations Director or ambitious Head of Operations within the contract catering Business & Industry sector • Have a proven track record of managing P&L, volume of at least £15m revenue pa, strong financial and accounting experience • Have successfully worked with a mix of clients & contracts • Be passionate about food, self-motivated & driven What’s in it for you?
