We are CH&CO , we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. Due to the growth of our workplace catering operations, we are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team in the Knightsbridge area.
Location: Knightsbridge
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 45 staff members to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.
- Provide a positive and collaborative workplace culture, ensuring effective communication and professional growth opportunities for the team.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring the business operates within budget while maximizing profitability.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of quality and service, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
