We are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at Thales Belfast.
Location: Thales
Rate of pay: £35,360 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Management: Ensure the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, delivering high-quality and consistent catering services across all areas.
- Client Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Planning: Smoothly plan and allocate resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers.
- Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Deliver on the agreed financial budget, managing the operation in line with the budget.
- Clerical duties associated with the efficient running of the unit, including record keeping and cash handling.
