CHANCES is a non‑profit, community‑based charitable organization dedicated to actively contributing to the well‑being of children ages 0–11 years.

We are seeking a dynamic and certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our Smart Start Stratford team in a temporary position until March 2028.

Under the supervision and leadership of an Early Childhood Director, this position is responsible for the delivery of high quality programs for children and parents/caregivers participating in CHANCES licensed Early Learning & Childcare Programs.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Early Childhood Education;
  • Experience in setting up environments and experiences for ages 2-11 year olds;
  • Knowledge of the PEI Early Learning Framework;
  • Current First Aid and CPR
