CHANCES Inc. is seeking a dedicated early years assistant to support child development programs at CHANCES Family Centre. You will build trusting relationships, adapt activities, and document progress for children with special needs, while collaborating with therapists and families.
You will support parents, communicate openly, encourage family involvement, and contribute to a positive team environment. A 1–2 year one-on-one role experience and current First Aid/CPR are preferred.
