CHANCES Inc. is seeking a Pedagogical Support Staff to assist in delivering early childhood programs and to support families within the program. You will observe, document, and plan for individual children’s needs while ensuring alignment with the PEI Early Learning Framework.
You will mentor less experienced educators, support parents/caregivers, and help maintain a collaborative team environment with flexible scheduling to meet program demands.
