Chancery CS Solicitors is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven and experienced **Business Development Manager** to support the growth and expansion of our legal practice.. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, strengthening referral networks and implementing business development initiatives..
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the firm's client base and revenue..
- Identify new commercial opportunities and establish strategic partnerships..
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, businesses and professional organisations..
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities..
- Develop marketing and client acquisition strategies across the firm's legal practice areas..
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial reports..
- Manage referral networks and maintain relationships with existing clients..
- Work closely with solicitors and senior management to achieve business growth targets..
- Monitor business development performance and report on key performance indicators..
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences and business meetings..
Candidate Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience..
- Proven experience in business development, commercial management, sales strategy or client relationship management..
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills..
- Ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver measurable business growth..
- Excellent organisational, analytical and strategic planning skills..
- Experience in legal or professional services is desirable..
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management.

Employment: Full-time
Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 yearly
