Due to rapid growth, Chancery Court Tax Chambers (CCTC) are seeking a personal assistant with a minimum of two years experience to assist the Head of Chambers.

CCTC is a boutique tax chambers located in Gray's Inn Square, London. We provide UK and international tax and wealth structuring advice to high and ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners, banks, trustees, trust companies, funds, and entrepreneurs. With over 20 years of experience, CCTC specialises in advising clients in situations where confidentiality and privacy are paramount. Our expertise extends from traditional sources of wealth, such as residential and commercial property and family trading businesses, to cutting-edge technologies like Blockchain and derivative crypto-funds.

This is a full-time on-site role for PA to Head of Chambers at CCTC. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and personal assistance to the Head of Chambers such as:

  • Deal with incoming mail and deliveries and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail and couriers.
  • Arranging flights and travel itinerary.
  • Maintaining records.
  • Book hospitality and private engagements.
  • Printing / scanning documents.
  • Assisting with general office duties e.g. making sure stationary stock is full.
