Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our Camberley team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants alike. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Duties will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve property maintenance issues
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange and oversee works
  • Conduct property inspections and follow up on required actions
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party suppliers
  • Identify opportunities to increase management upgrades and services

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in property management or a customer-focused role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
