Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our Camberley team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied portfolio, building strong relationships, and delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants alike. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Investigate, manage, and resolve property maintenance issues
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange and oversee works
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on required actions
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party suppliers
- Identify opportunities to increase management upgrades and services
Skills required:
- Previous experience in property management or a customer-focused role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Calm, professional and positive under pressure
- Comfortable following procedures and working within compliance frameworks
